Tim is an Associate lawyer practising exclusively in professional and medical negligence.   Tim has experience in all New South Wales courts and tribunals and has advised clients on matters ranging from small claims to class actions.

Tim was drawn to Slater and Gordon by the firm’s commitment to providing everyday Australians’ access to quality legal services.  He is personally committed to ensuring his clients are properly represented, assisted throughout all steps of the legal process, and that the best possible outcome is achieved.

Prior to joining Slater and Gordon Tim worked as a defendants’ solicitor representing medical indemnity organisations in both the public and private sector.  He has also represented a number of insurers in matters as diverse as public liability, product liability and owners’ corporation disputes.

Tim’s clients benefit from his extensive trial experience and his unique knowledge of claims from both the plaintiff and defendant side.  Tim prides himself on his attention to detail, and down to earth approach.
