Motor Vehicle Accidents, Associate
Originally from Adelaide, Samantha Harvey has lived in Broken Hill for more than 20 years.
Sam is passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for her clients, many of whom are encountering the legal system for the first time. She understands that the legal system can be confusing and aims to put clients at ease by clearly explaining the legal processes and helping clients navigate their way through the process.
As a law clerk and then as a solicitor, Sam has worked tirelessly for people who have suffered injury due to no fault of their own, ensuring they can access the correct compensation to assist in their recovery and get their lives back on track. She understands that when someone has been injured their life and those of their family members are often turned upside down. Sam is passionate about her work and considers it a great privilege to fight for people’s rights and help them through difficult times with understanding, support and compassion.
Samantha is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono and Legal Profession Committee.
“Just thought I would drop you a line to express my thanks for the proficiency and professionalism you displayed in regard to my claim for compensation. Each time I attended your office you were efficient, explaining everything to me in ‘layman’s terms’, without rush, as well as showing empathy toward myself and my situation.
I owe the success and indeed the amount of compensation secured for me to your guidance, knowledge and professionalism.
Slater & Gordon and the local community are indeed fortunate to have personnel as competent as yourself here in Broken Hill. I will have no hesitation in recommending your firm.
Once again – thank you.”
