Lawyer, Personal Injury Litigation
Kylie is passionate about helping injured people in one of the most distressing periods of their life - the aftermath of a transport accident. She understands that clients come from all different backgrounds and all have very particular circumstances.
Kylie enjoys the challenge of tailoring legal strategies to meet the needs of individual cases and always fights hard to achieve the best results possible for her clients. Whilst maximising entitlements is always a priority, Kylie believes that the best legal representation also takes into account the dignity of the client, their need to be heard and to understand and feel comfortable with the legal process they are navigating.
Kylie commenced her legal career as an articled clerk at the TAC, and at Slater and Gordon Lawyers has exclusively practiced in personal injury law.
Kylie’s expertise includes resolution of medical disputes, statutory interpretation disputes, Serious Injury Applications and Common Law negligence claims. She has run matters in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the County Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court and relevant Appellate jurisdictions.
