Beth specialises in matrimonial and de facto property settlements, private mediations and litigation, parenting, spousal and child support issues. She has a strong interest in children’s matters, advocating in complex circumstances including domestic violence, risk of abuse and child protection matters.  

Beth has been admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Family Law Practitioners Association (FLPA) and the Sunshine Coast Law Association.
