Throughout its history, Slater and Gordon has been recognised for its pro bono and public interest legal work in Australia.
This has covered many areas of law and has assisted members of the community, including people with severe disabilities, charities, community and indigenous groups, and through work that our lawyers undertake while volunteering at community legal centres
Slater and Gordon’s pro bono work builds on its No Win-No Fee* initiative, which was established to provide legal representation to those who otherwise could not afford it.
The company’s pro bono work takes this initiative further by committing to legal work that is of special public interest where the company derives no direct financial benefit.
