Cerebral palsy is the name given to a group of conditions caused by a brain injury in a very young child.
It usually causes a physical disability and sometimes also causes an intellectual disability. The degree of injury and disability can range from mild to severe.
Cerebral palsy caused by medical error
Most cerebral palsy cases occur because of unavoidable events, however sometimes it is caused by a medical error. Some examples of cases where our lawyers have obtained compensation for clients include:
