Tracey MaddenTracy Madden is a lawyer passionate about her job as a whole. “My employment with the firm, has given me the opportunity to see that the law can work to achieve just and practical outcomes. I consider myself privileged to act for my clients and I am very lucky to be able to say I truly love my job!

Tracy’s passion stems from her desire to help people and make a difference in their lives. She gains the trust and respect of her clients with her warm friendly manner, sensitivity to her client’s needs and a thorough understanding of the issues involved in Asbestos litigation.

Tracy's deep compassion for people has lead to her involvement with a number of charitable causes, including the Asbestos Research Fund, the Gippsland Asbestos Related Disease Support Group and most recently, participating and successfully completing the Oxfam 100km Trailwalker event.

After 18 years in the industry Tracy is still attracted to this area of the law as it allows her the opportunity to assist people at a particularly difficult and challenging time in their lives as well as the fast paced nature of litigation “Slater & Gordon is a place where you can make a difference for people. Client testimonials

Now that the euphoria of the “great news” has settled, I felt I should formally convey to you both our grateful thanks and appreciation for the efforts you put into achieving a really outstanding outcome.

We were also delighted with the very personal and caring approach that we received in all of the communications form you over the past months. It is gratifying to be treated as people rather than ‘just clients’…
