Toby Borgeest has more than 10 years experience as a litigation specialist conducting all aspects of litigation for Slater & Gordon's premier institutional clients. The range of litigation Toby has conducted has included representing clients in some of Victoria's longest superior court trials, royal commissions, commercial and banking actions, class actions, inquests, white collar crime prosecutions, statutory civil penalty prosecutions, a Commonwealth royal commission, and many urgent applications for interlocutory injunctive relief.
Toby’s communication and work ethic is one of the best in the field and has gained formal recognition of his legal excellence. Toby has been the practice group leader of Slater & Gordon's Perth office since 2005. Prior to that Toby was a partner in the firm's Melbourne office, having worked at Slater & Gordon since his articles in 1997.
