Terence Clarke has had a lasting passion for the legal theory and practice of property law, including conveyancing disputes throughout his career. The broad and complex range of Terence's interests extends from the drafting of wills, commercial leases and contracts of sale, to mediating or litigating conveyancing disputes in the Supreme Court, preparing a unit trust agreement and associated documents, and many more similar matters.
Terence enjoys the diversity of his work, as well as, the problem-solving nature of his role as a lawyer. He is an Accredited Property Specialist.
During his career Terence has represented investors, mortgage lenders, trade unions, small business people and individuals. Terence enjoys a good rapport with his clients and enjoys the personal contact with them that his work provides. He has acted for some of his property investor clients for more than 20 years.
