Stuart LeGrand As a law student, Stuart Le Grand took a particular interest in litigation, advocacy and the rules of evidence. Accordingly, he pursued a career in personal injury law which gave him considerable exposure to court litigation. Practising in personal injury law for 7 years Stuart has acted for a number of personal injury/public liability insurers, both in Victoria and interstate such as the TAC, Allianz, Civic Mutal Plus, AMACA/James Hardie, etc, Stuart knows how the other side works, which is a distinct advantage to all his existing and potential clients.

Stuart has developed a specialisation in motor vehicle accident law, having spent a considerable period of his career as a senior practitioner for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).

Stuart clients are typically suffering from the after effects of injuries sustained in transport accidents. His clients come from all walks of life, from truck drivers to teachers, labourers to nurses, children and families, all struggling to recover from the impact of unforeseen accidents.
