Property & Commercial Transactions/Advice

Stephen FreemanSatisfying client expectations with high quality advice and documentation is what Stephen Freeman prides himself on as well as concise and ‘non-legalistic’ communications, which all clients appreciate.

As Stephen says "It is imperative to remain close to your clients and their problems and to be able to provide succinct advice in a prompt time frame"

Typically Stephen represents individuals who are operating their own business and require advising and documenting on structuring large scale integrated land or home-unit subdivisions, as well as wills and property succession planning, preparing complex security documents and advising, preparing distribution agreements, etc.

Stephen completed his Bachelor of Laws in 1972 and was attracted to this area of the law as he believed it to be the most challenging and rewarding, "Due to my experience, I can offer solutions to issues which are favourable to my clients. The issues are complex and the clients appreciative of my advice."
