Project Litigation
Sarah Roache works in the Project Litigation department at Slater & Gordon’s Melbourne office. She is part of the case development team, responsible for investigating, analysing and issuing class actions and major projects.
Sarah is also part of the Slater & Gordon team pursuing justice against large tobacco conglomerates and works on litigation stemming from the landmark case of McCabe v British American Tobacco. Sarah thrives on complex litigation, especially when the outcome makes a tangible difference to those adversely affected by corporate malfeasance.
Sarah graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2006 with an Honours degree in Law and an Arts degree majoring in Political Science and commenced working with Slater & Gordon as an Articled Clerk in 2007.
Sarah is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and sits on the Community Issues Committee of the Young Lawyers Section. She is a non-executive director of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership, a not-for-profit organisation training emerging sustainability leaders.
