Nick Dale’s approach to his commercial litigation practice is pragmatic, commercially astute and unashamedly forceful. Securing excellent and cost-effective solutions for clients is his objective. Nick and his team place particular emphasis on building a thorough knowledge of a client’s business and their industry. Nick relishes the challenge of complex litigation and has extensive experience in superior courts.

Nick acts for clients ranging from small business to large statutory corporations and national companies. His industry experience spans child care, construction, computer software and hardware, event management, franchising, insolvency, manufacturing, printing and the transport & logistics sectors.

Nick Dale graduated from Macquarie University in 1994 and has been with Slater & Gordon since 2004 where he is a Practice Group Leader in commercial litigation.
