Nicholas Mann
Lawyer, Dandenong
TAC
Nicholas Mann approaches his work in an open and honest way, ensuring that he is responsive to the needs of his clients. An important aspect for Nicholas was his desire to work for a firm whose reputation was as strong as the results it delivers, as well a firm who ethos was inline with his own. “It is important for me to work for a firm that is committed to protecting the rights and entitlements of individuals, regardless of their economic or social background.”
Typically, Nicholas represents people who have suffered an injury at work or in a transport accident. The very nature of these practice areas mean that the types of clients range from all walks of life. “Often clients I meet had previously thought that they didn’t have the means to make a claim.”
The part of the job that brings Nicholas the greatest satisfaction is being able to meet with a client, building a relationship with that client, and working hard to achieve a result for a range of people in difficult circumstances.
“I get a great amount of satisfaction from working hard to obtain benefits for clients and finding new ways to obtain those benefits.” - Nicholas Mann
