Getting the right results for his WorkCover clients, is what drives Marcus Fogarty. Marcus was attracted to this area of law as it offered him the opportunity to represent the rights of injured workers.

It is his hard working ethic which has led Marcus to head up the WorkCover practice in Slater & Gordon’s Footscray office. Since Marcus joined Slater & Gordon in 1997 he has worked exclusively in the area of workers compensation. As a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance Executive Committee, Marcus has represented the rights of injured lawyers to the government and the Victorian WorkCover Authority.

Marcus’s approach to developing good relationships with clients is by maintaining a direct and honest approach.
