James Plunkett commenced working at Slater & Gordon's Melbourne office in 2007 and transferred to the Morwell office later that year.
James has litigated in a variety of matters; he has experience in common law matters such as originating motions and liability disputes, as well as no-fault disputes involving income benefits, impairment benefits and eligibility for medical and like expenses.
In addition to representing TAC clients, James also works on public liability cases and has an eye for issues of liability due to his special interest in following developments in the law of negligence.
James graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2006. He joined Slater & Gordon due to his interest in the law of negligence and his commitment to social justice.
