Estate Litigation
The rewards of representing people who are not only in need of legal advice but who, in many cases, are still grieving after the loss of somebody close to them is what compelled Georgina Borg to practice in wills and estate litigation.
Georgina’s clients range from people wanting wills and powers of attorney prepared, to executors wanting to administer an estate and those wanting to dispute the terms of a will. The opportunity to help them address and resolve what can be complicated legal matters is her greatest source of satisfaction.
Whether advising on guardianship and administration, grants of probate, letters of administration, administration of deceased estates or wills disputes, Georgina strives to provide sound practical and commercial advice with sensitivity, understanding and a focus on securing the best possible result for her clients.
Georgina graduated from Macquarie University in 1997 and began working at Slater & Gordon in 2004.
