Damian joined the firm in 2008. He practises mainly in major litigation cases, including professional negligence and product liability claims.
Damian is an active member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance (ALA) the Association of Personal Injuries Lawyers (UK) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Damian is on AAJ's Board of Directors and is former Vice-Chairman of its International Practice Section and the immediate past chair of the Legal Practice Section of the Law Council of Australia.
He is the former National Chairman of the Commercial Litigation Special Interest Group of ALA and former National Chairman of the Law Council of Australia's Consumer Law Committee. He is the Chairman of the Law Council of Australia's Legal Practice Section.
