A Unique Asbestos Database of Evidence    

Since our first cases in the 1980's, Slater & Gordon and their team of asbestos lawyers have been diligently collecting evidence.

And we have kept most of it.

We have records of asbestos in thousands of buildings – who put it there, who took it out; and who made it. We have collected large numbers of statements from workers who worked at thousands of different locations.

It's the kind of body of evidence you can ONLY maintain when you have acted in many thousands of cases over many decades.

These days, quite a few law firms claim to have an asbestos database. Perhaps they do. It's pretty easy to create one. It's quite another to fill it with collective resources of evidence from thousands of cases over decades.

The plain fact is that, under our database co-ordinator, Dan Bursac, we have a database which can help a lot of people who might otherwise never know they have a viable asbestos claim.
