Tracy Tran typically acts for both local and international clients in a wide ranging hybrid of contract disputes, private or corporate suits and representative proceedings. Her focus is on issues of Trade Practices Law, Corporate Law and Contract Law.
Tracy has particular expertise in managing and running large-scale litigation, often working with leading barristers on cutting-edge issues, including the well-publicised Opes Prime and Centro proceedings, as well as a number of other landmark cases in Australia.
Tracy also advises clients on commercial matters and in alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and negotiation.

Cultural heritage
Tracy works closely with Slater & Gordon’s Vietnamese clients and the Sydney Vietnamese community. She was born in central Vietnam and attended primary and secondary Catholic schools in Sydney. Tracy completed her law degree while working full-time as a law clerk in a number of boutique law firms and remaining active in the Vietnamese community by undertaking legal work in Sydney’s Western suburbs. Tracy and her family are passionate supporters of Australian-Vietnamese business owners. Tracy speaks fluent Vietnamese.
