As an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, he combines extensive experience in dispute resolution, either informally through mediation, or formally through the court process, with a comprehensive range of commercial advice, support, and documentation to SME clients

As a qualified electrical engineer, Stephen’s particular interest in technology law and intellectual property is also informed by his experiences practising with a firm of patent attorneys in patent, trademark and registered design law. Past experience as property developer also informs his advice on all aspects of property development matters, including land subdivisions and residential developments, commercial advice and documentation, and dispute resolution.
