Michael Magazanik - Asbestos Lawyer Melbourne

Lawyer, Melbourne - Asbestos Claims

Michael MagazanikMichael Magazanik approaches his legal practice in asbestos with a keen awareness that time is critical for many of his clients and that working as quickly as possible while doing justice to their claims is the key.

Michael’s work brings him into contact with everyone from handymen who handled asbestos cement sheeting during home renovations to Wittenoom miners coping with the consequences of exposure to asbestos up to 50 years earlier.

At what is often an incredibly difficult time for them, their friends and family, Michael places a particular emphasis on the importance of strong communication and taking care to keep his clients fully informed at every stop of the claims process.

The people he meets, says Michael, are the best part of his work – that and the satisfaction that comes from delivering a good result for extremely deserving clients, backed by a firm that is “completely committed to winning”.

Michael completed his law degree at the University of Melbourne in 1991 and has been working at Slater & Gordon since 2005.

“The clients are the best part of my work. What matters to me is getting a good result for extremely deserving clients during what’s often an incredibly difficult time for them and their friends and family.”
