Jim Buchanan has more than 15 years’ experience as a commercial litigator and is a principal lawyer with Slater & Gordon. Jim’s particular focus on insolvency law sees him regularly advise insolvency practitioners, directors, debtors and creditors on all aspects of external administrations. He often acts for liquidators and administrators in insolvency litigation.
Jim acts for clients in commercial transactions of all types, including preparing and advising on contracts concerning sales of businesses, intellectual property, telecommunications and information technology.
