Cultural heritage
Andrew grew up in the local Vietnamese community and attended school in Western Sydney. An active member of the community, Andrew performed volunteer work with the Australian Tax Office, Criminal Justice Support Network and various community centres and was a student peer mentor to fellow university students, throughout his legal studies. Andrew is fluent in spoken Vietnamese.
